Constantin Bratianu is a professor of Strategic Management and Knowledge Management, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. He is founding editor of the international journals Management & Marketing, and Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy. He is the President of the International association for Knowledge Management (IAKM).

He is Associate Editor of the Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management. His academic interests are: knowledge dynamics, knowledge management, intellectual capital, strategic thinking and strategic management.

Dana Minbaeva is a Professor of Human Resource Management at King's Business School. King’s College of London, UK. She also has a part-time appointment at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her research on strategic international HRM has appeared in such top international journals as Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, and many others. Professor Minbaeva published over 50 articles in international peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and reports. She received several national and international awards to research achievements, including the prestigious JIBS Decade Award 2013. Professor Minbaeva is the Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB).

Professor Minbaeva is actively involved in the MBA and executive teaching at various European business schools. Previously, she has taught in Denmark, Kazakhstan, Russia, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Finland and Germany as well as having held visiting research positions in the UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada. Professor Minbaeva currently serves as a Vice-President Administration at the AIB Executive Board, President of Women in AIB, and the Ombudsperson at the Strategic Management Society.

Francesca Dal Mas has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Udine, Italy, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bologna, Italy, and a PhD in Managerial and Actuarial sciences from the Universities of Udine and Trieste, Italy. She is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the Department of Management, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Prior to joining Ca’ Foscari, she was a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Enterprise at the Department of Management, Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. She was a visiting research fellow and a guest lecturer at the University of Pavia, Italy, the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, the Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, the IHU – Institute for Image-Guided Surgery in Strasbourg, France, the Sharif University of Technology of Tehran, Iran, among others. She is a member of Ipazia, the international observatory on gender research. Her research interests include healthcare management, intellectual capital, knowledge management, sustainability, digital transformation, and new business models. Her articles were published in journals like Accounting Auditing and Accountability Journal, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Management Decision, Knowledge Management Research and Practice, British Food Journal, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, among others.
